Once scheduled, clients are responsible for providing clear access to the roof and surrounding work areas. Any delays caused by limited access may affect the service schedule and cost. 5. Payments and Billing Final pricing will be presented and agreed upon before work begins. A deposit may be required for larger projects or custom materials. Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged. We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards, bank transfers, and checks. Failure to pay within agreed terms may result in late fees or collection action. 6. Cancellations and Rescheduling We understand plans can change.
