While we stand firmly behind the services we deliver, we also believe in addressing rare issues with fairness and integrity. This refund policy outlines when refunds or credits may apply and how we handle disputes with our clients. When Refunds or Compensation May Be Issued We will consider a refund, partial refund, or alternative resolution in the following situations: Incomplete or Unperformed Work: You were charged for a service that was never completed or started due to internal scheduling or material issues on our end. Documented Workmanship Errors: If a defect or issue with the completed work arises directly from our installation or repair and is confirmed by inspection within a reasonable timeframe. Billing Mistakes: You were overcharged or charged for a service that was not approved or not listed in your signed agreement. Project Cancellation by Client: You canceled the project with sufficient notice and no custom materials had been purchased or delivered to the site. Each case is reviewed individually and handled with professionalism. If we’re at fault, we’ll make it right — either through correction, credit, or reimbursement. When Refunds Are Not Provided Because roofing is a skilled and materials-based service, we cannot offer refunds in the following situations: You changed your mind after services or material orders were completed. Weather-related damage occurred after project completion (unless covered under our warranty). Hidden structural damage or pre-existing conditions affected the results but were not disclosed before work began. You failed to provide access, causing delays or service interruptions. You signed off on completed work and later expressed dissatisfaction without a clear issue of workmanship or contract breach. Our team always conducts pre- and post-project documentation to maintain clarity and fairness for both parties. Project Cancellations We understand that plans can change. Here’s how we handle cancellations: Cancellations 48+ hours in advance: Full refund of your deposit (minus any non-refundable costs such as permits or expedited materials). Cancellations within 24–48 hours: Partial refund depending on project stage and materials already acquired. Same-day or no-show cancellations: No refund unless under emergency circumstances. How to Request a Refund or Review To submit a refund or service concern request: Contact our customer service department via phone or the official website. Provide your full name, service address, contract/invoice number, and a brief description of the issue. Include photos or supporting documentation if applicable. Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days, and a formal review will be completed within 5–7 business days.
